Michael W. Weaver is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP and is based in the Firm's Chicago office. Michael focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, trust and family business controversies, and product liability defense. Prior to joining McDermott, Michael served as a law clerk for Chief Justice F. Michael Kruse and Associate Justice Lyle L. Richmond of the High Court of American Samoa.
William J. Binder is currently an Executive Director for Rabobank and he is responsible for Rabobank’s relationship management and business development activities for various food and food related companies in the Midwest.
Denise Lazar is a Partner at the law firm of Barnes & Thornburg LLP. She earned her law degree at Cornell Law School, Ithaca, NY and her undergraduate double masters in Philosophy and Political Science at Wheaton College, Wheaton, IL. For more than 18 years, Ms. Lazar has advised organizations (both for profit and non-for-profit) and individuals in areas of ethics, compliance, and disciplinary matters. Her work in this area spans many industries.
Ashlie Tyler is currently the National Director of Recruitment for SAGA Innovations, an education nonprofit that provides intensive, in-school daily math tutoring to students in underserved public schools across the country. She joined SAGA after spending two years with Match Education, first as Director of Operations and then as Director of Recruitment for Match Tutors in Chicago, IL.
Kathleen Barry is partner in Winston & Strawn’s litigation department. Ms. Barry concentrates her practice in general commercial and patent litigation. Ms. Barry’s commercial litigation experience includes cases in patents, contracts, business torts, and class actions. Ms. Barry received an A.B. in Mathematics and History, cum laude, from Dartmouth College in 1998, and a J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2001.
Diego M. Dimes is currently a consulting manager at the IRI Group Inc. He recently earned his MBA in Marketing and Strategy from The Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University. His main responsibilities in his current role focus on advising Fortune 100 Retailers and Consumer Goods firms on growth strategies and providing them with business intelligence through analytics and big data.
Eileen M. Felson is a Director in the Chicago office of PwC’s Forensic Services practice. Eileen's practice focuses on accounting investigations and financial expert witness engagements in litigation matters involving technical accounting issues. Eileen has several years of corporate operational accounting and financial analysis experience with both public and private companies. Eileen is a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois and holds a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago.
Yates French is partner in Kirkland & Ellis’s litigation department. Mr. French’s practice focuses on fraud investigations, complex commercial disputes, and contested bankruptcy and restructuring litigation. Mr. French received a BA in Philosophy from Marquette University in 2005, and a J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2008.
Precious S. Jacobs is a partner in the law firm of Jenner & Block LLP and is based in the firm’s Chicago office. Precious focuses her practice on Trade Secrets Misappropriation, Products Liability, Bankruptcy, Complex Commercial Litigation, and Franchising Dispute matters. Precious received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2009.
Dr. Antoinette Kavanaugh earned her Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine and her Board Certification in Forensic Psychology through the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). She completed a Fellowship in Adolescent Psychology at Cook County Hospital and a Forensic Psychology Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Dr. Kavanaugh served as the Clinical Director of the Juvenile Justice Division of the Cook County Juvenile Court Clinic and was a clinical professor at Northwestern University’s School of Law for ten years.
Michael F. Koenigsberger is a partner with the firm of Grund & Leavitt, P.C. Mr. Koenigsberger received his Juris Doctor from the DePaul University College of Law in 1995. As a skilled negotiator and litigator, Mr. Koenigsberger has represented hundreds of clients concerning complex custody and financial issues, lectured, authored and served as faculty at numerous seminars regarding family law topics
Padraig McCoid worked in private practice representing low-to-middle income families to solve complex legal issues in domestic relations. He spent time volunteering for Legal Assistance Foundation, Family Defense Center, and CARPLS. Padraig is a graduate of Loyola Chicago School of Law.
