Family Defense

Prior to founding Children's Law Group, Deborah was an Assistant Public Guardian in the Office of the Public Guardian of Cook County, Illinois. Deborah's current practice focuses on special education law, health care law, and child welfare and adoption law. Deborah graduated with high honors from Mount Holyoke College and holds master's degrees in library science and in history from Indiana University. She is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
